The Website Refinement Intensive is ideal for creative businesses, service providers, and boutique brands that already have an existing website but feel it no longer reflects their business as effectively as it could.
Ideally, yes. This intensive is designed to refine an existing website, not build one from scratch. The exception is a simple single landing page — that's within scope.
Glow Mode primarily supports Squarespace, Shopify, Showit, Framer, Webflow, and WordPress. Other platforms may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
No. The intensive is focused on strategic refinement rather than complete redesigns or rebuilds. If your project requires a larger transformation, a custom engagement may be recommended.
Copywriting is not included. You'll provide your own website copy, though strategic messaging recommendations may be offered where relevant.

Primarily Google Drive, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Honeybook and Notion for organization and project management. We'll identify the right tools for your business during the Discovery & Alignment Call. Typically, we will be able to work with whatever you need, and we can also provide suggestions.
Yes — many clients find real value in addressing both their website and their backend systems. Reach out via the inquiry form and we can discuss the best sequencing for your goals.
Completed systems setup, a personalized Loom walkthrough of everything built, documented workflows and SOPs, and strategic recommendations for keeping things organized going forward.
Both intensives are priced at $1,800 at the founding client rate. Additional refinement days are available at $1,250 if project goals exceed the original scope.
Payment is due in full prior to scheduling. A signed agreement and completed preparation questionnaire are also required before the intensive begins. Payment is processed via Stripe, with PayPal available upon request.
Yes, with a minimum of 7 days' notice. Rescheduling requests submitted with less than 7 days' notice may be subject to availability.
Payments are non-refundable once preparation and strategic review have begun, as dedicated time is reserved specifically for your project.
